Step 1
In a large bowl add the Desiccated Coconut (3 cups) , Coconut Oil (1 cup) and Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) . Mix until completely combined.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a greased glass tray. Press down to compact until nice and firm.
Step 3
Place the lid on and place in the fridge to set for an hour and its ready to eat. Slice into pieces and serve!
