Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a saucepot over medium heat, add Unsalted Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Olive Oil (1/2 Tbsp) . Once the butter is completely melted, add Garlic (3 cloves) and raise the temperature to medium-high. Give everything a good stir.
Step 3
Once the garlic has mostly cooked through, add Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) , Milk (1/4 cup) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) , Salt (1 pinch) , and Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) . Continue to stir together until reached desired consistency,
Step 4
On a pizza plate, add the Tortilla Chips (to taste) and level them out. Next, evenly spread out the garlic sauce over the tortilla chips. Top with Onion (1/2) , Pepperoni Slices (to taste) , and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) as well as any other topping of choice.
Step 5
Place the pizza tray into your preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes, until the cheese is nice and melted.
