Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a saucepot over medium heat, add Unsalted Butter (4 tsp) and Olive Oil (2 tsp). Once the butter is completely melted, add Garlic (3 cloves) and raise the temperature to medium-high. Give everything a good stir.

Once the garlic has mostly cooked through, add Heavy Cream (1/2 cup), Milk (4 Tbsp), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch), Salt (1 pinch), and Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp). Continue to stir together until reached desired consistency,

On a pizza plate, add the Tortilla Chips (to taste) and level them out. Next, evenly spread out the garlic sauce over the tortilla chips. Top with Onion (1/2), Pepperoni Slices (to taste), and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) as well as any other topping of choice.

Place the pizza tray into your preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes, until the cheese is nice and melted.
