Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a sauce pot over medium heat add the Unsalted Butter (1 1/2 tablespoon) and Olive Oil (1/2 tablespoon). Once the butter is completely melted, add the Garlic (3 clove) and raise the temperature to medium-high. Give everything a good stir.
Step 3
Once the garlic has mostly cooked through, add the Heavy Cream (1/2 cup), Milk (1/4 cup), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch), Salt (1 pinch) and Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup). Continue to stir together until reached desired consistency,
Step 4
On a pizza plate add the Tortilla Chips (to taste) and level them out. Next, evenly spread out the garlic sauce over the tortilla chips. Top with Onion (1/2), Pepperoni Slice (to taste) and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) as well as any other topping of choice.
Step 5
Place the pizza tray into your preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes, until the cheese is nice and melted.
