Garlic Cream Sauce

Unsalted Butter

2 tsp

Olive Oil

•

3 cloves

Garlic , minced

1/2 cup

Heavy Cream

•

4 Tbsp

Milk

1 pinch

Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Nachos

Tortilla Chips

Onion , chopped

Pepperoni Slices

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a saucepot over medium heat, add Unsalted Butter (4 tsp) and Olive Oil (2 tsp) . Once the butter is completely melted, add Garlic (3 cloves) and raise the temperature to medium-high. Give everything a good stir.

Once the garlic has mostly cooked through, add Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) , Milk (4 Tbsp) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) , Salt (1 pinch) , and Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) . Continue to stir together until reached desired consistency,

On a pizza plate, add the Tortilla Chips (to taste) and level them out. Next, evenly spread out the garlic sauce over the tortilla chips. Top with Onion (1/2) , Pepperoni Slices (to taste) , and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) as well as any other topping of choice.

Place the pizza tray into your preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes, until the cheese is nice and melted.
