Put 10 grams of the desiccated coconut to one side and then place the rest of the Desiccated Coconut (1 1/2 cups) in a small food processor along with the Coconut Butter (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp), Full-Fat Coconut Milk (10 tsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (as needed) and Sea Salt (as needed) then blend for 2-3 minutes until the mixture resembles a thick paste.
