Put 10 grams of the desiccated coconut to one side and then place the rest of the Desiccated Coconut (1 1/2 cups) in a small food processor along with the Coconut Butter (2 Tbsp) , Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) , Full-Fat Coconut Milk (3 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) then blend for 2-3 minutes until the mixture resembles a thick paste.
Step 2
Scoop out approximately 2 tablespoons of the paste and roll into a 2-3 centimeter ball.
