Put 10 grams of the desiccated coconut to one side and then place the rest of the Desiccated Coconut (1 1/2 cups) in a small food processor along with the Coconut Butter (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp), Full-Fat Coconut Milk (3 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) then blend for 2-3 minutes until the mixture resembles a thick paste.
