In a microwave safe bowl, combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (20 gram), Spelt Flakes (20 gram), Wheat Bran (10 gram), Ground Flaxseed (10 gram), and add Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/2 cup). Stir to combine then cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir again and let cool down to lukewarm. Add in the Greek Yogurt (70 gram) and stir it gently. Cover the top with Chocolate Protein Cream (2 tablespoon).
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The following morning, top off your oatmeal with Coconut Chips (to taste), Mixed Seeds (to taste), or whatever toppings you fancy!
