In a microwave safe bowl, combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 1/2 Tbsp), Spelt Flakes (3 1/2 Tbsp), Wheat Bran (2 2/3 Tbsp), Ground Flaxseed (3 tsp), and add Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/2 cup). Stir to combine then cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.

Stir again and let cool down to lukewarm. Add in the Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup) and stir it gently. Cover the top with Chocolate Protein Cream (2 Tbsp).
