Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl, combine
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Spelt Flakes (3 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Wheat Bran (3 Tbsp)
,
Ground Flaxseed (1 Tbsp)
, and add
Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/2 cup)
. Stir to combine then cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
Step 2
Stir again and let cool down to lukewarm. Add in the
Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)
and stir it gently. Cover the top with
Chocolate Protein Cream (2 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
The following morning, top off your oatmeal with
Coconut Chips (to taste)
,
Mixed Seeds (to taste)
, or whatever toppings you fancy!
