Turn a hot chicken dip into a festive appetizer for your themed party. This project took me about 15 minutes from start to finish. If you are in need of a last-minute dish to take to a party, this is perfect for you.

SideChef tip: we recommend using the Panasonic 4-in-1 Microwave Oven to make this recipe, click here to find out more.

Author's Notes

-If you want to make the dip ahead of time, refrigerate the decorated dip for up to several hours. -Heat in the oven just before serving. -You can alternatively heat the chicken dip in the microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until hot.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Beat Miracle Whip (1 cup), Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon), Worcestershire Sauce (1 teaspoon), and Chunk Chicken Breast (1 can) together using an electric mixer. Put into a serving bowl.
Step 2
Crush Crackers (8) into small crumbs using a food processor or place crackers in a zip top bag and crush with a rolling pin or pan.
Step 3
Divide crackers into two small zip top bags. Add drops of Red Food Coloring (to taste) into one bag and Blue Food Coloring (to taste) into the other. Shake to blend the color with the crumbs. Add more coloring if needed until you get the desired color.
Step 4
Set star shaped cookie cutters on the dip. Snip a small opening in the corner of the bag filled with the red crumbs. Shake crumbs into the star cutter. Spread evenly and don't overfill or they'll lose their shape.
Step 5
Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) just until the dip is hot. Alternatively, use a microwave. Serve immediately with crackers.
