Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Unroll the Pie Crusts (1 pckg) and smear one of them with an even layer of Creamy Peanut Butter (2 cups).
3.
Put the other prepared pie crust on top and cut 3-inch cookies using a cookie cutter or a glass.
4.
Dip the cookies in Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and coat thoroughly. You can use a fork to make that classic peanut butter cookie imprint design!
5.
Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for approximately 12 minutes, or until they’re slightly golden and firm.
6.
Let cool and toss in more white sugar.
