Crispy cucumbers and onions tasted great on its own with the dressing, but the feta cheese took it to a whole new level. It added creaminess and richness to the salad.

Cooking Instructions

Combine juice from Lemon (1), Olive Oil (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to make a dressing.

Toss with the Onions (1/2 cup) and Cucumbers (2 cups).

Crumble Feta Cheese (1/3 cup) on top and enjoy.
