Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large pot over medium heat, add Milk (1 quart). Bring to a simmer.
Add American Cheese Slice (2 pound) little by little, stirring with a spatula until you achieve a smooth, cheesy sauce.
Cook the Elbow Macaroni (4 cup) in salted boiling water according to packages' instructions. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping, and cook to "Al dente", about 8 minutes.
Drain the pasta, and return to the pot. Begin adding the cheese sauce to the noodles. Add until the noodles are all covered. You may not need all of it!
Add cheesy macaroni to the casserole dish. Crush the bag of Doritos® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips (2 handful) and Cheetos Puffs (3 handful) by hand or pulse in a food processor a few times, then sprinkle evenly and cover liberally all the way to the edge.
Bake in the oven until golden brown-keep an eye because the Doritos brown quicker than the Cheetos. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
Serve with your favorite Hot Sauce (to taste) and enjoy!
