In a food processor, add Raw Walnuts (1 cup) and Raw Sunflower Seeds (1 cup) and pulse a few times to break the nuts into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Add Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (2 tablespoon), Ground Coriander (4 teaspoon), Gluten-Free Tamari Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), Sea Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground White Pepper (1 teaspoon), Paprika (1 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon), Onion Powder (1/2 tablespoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1/4 teaspoon) and pulse until mixed. You want the consistency to be that of ground beef. Add more seasoning or olive oil to taste, if necessary.
