In a food processor, add Raw Walnuts (1 cup) and Raw Sunflower Seeds (1 cup) and pulse a few times to break the nuts into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Add Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (2 Tbsp) , Ground Coriander (1 Tbsp) , Gluten-Free Tamari Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Sea Salt (1 tsp) , Ground White Pepper (1 tsp) , Paprika (1 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp) , Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) , Chili Powder (1/4 tsp) and pulse until mixed. You want the consistency to be that of ground beef. Add more seasoning or olive oil to taste, if necessary.
