Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Dice the Cooked Ham (8 oz) .
Step 2
Dice the Celery (1 stalk) and White Onions (1/3 cup) .
Step 3
Zest the Lemon (1) before juicing a tablespoon from it.
Step 4
Add the ham, onion, celery, Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) , and Mayonnaise (1/3 cup) to the bowl of a food processor.
Step 5
Pulse several times until ham is a spreadable consistency. If the mixture is too dry add 2 to 3 more tablespoons of mayonnaise and blend again. Add the lemon zest, Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) , and Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp) and blend again until well combined.
Step 6
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the Whole Grain Mustard (1 Tbsp) and tablespoon of lemon juice.
Step 7
Serve as a sandwich spread or on Crackers (to taste) with Sliced Banana Peppers (to taste) .
