Cooked Ham (8 oz)
Celery (1 stalk)
White Onions (1/3 cup)
before juicing a tablespoon from it.
Add the ham, onion, celery,
Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp)
Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Mayonnaise (1/3 cup)
to the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse several times until ham is a spreadable consistency. If the mixture is too dry add 2 to 3 more tablespoons of mayonnaise and blend again. Add the lemon zest,
Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp)
and blend again until well combined.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the
Whole Grain Mustard (1 Tbsp)
and tablespoon of lemon juice.
Serve as a sandwich spread or on
Crackers (to taste)
Sliced Banana Peppers (to taste)
