Dice the Cooked Ham (0.5 pound).
Dice the Celery (1 stalk) and White Onion (1/3 cup).
Zest the Lemon (1) before juicing a tablespoon from it.
Add the ham, onion, celery, Dijon Mustard (2 tablespoon), Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon), and Mayonnaise (1/3 cup) to the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse several times until ham is a spreadable consistency. If the mixture is too dry add 2 to 3 more tablespoons of mayonnaise and blend again. Add the lemon zest, Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), and Hot Sauce (2 tablespoon) and blend again until well combined.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the Whole Grain Mustard (1 tablespoon) and tablespoon of lemon juice.
Serve as a sandwich spread or on Crackers (to taste) with Sliced Banana Peppers (to taste).
