Cooking Instructions
1.
Dice the Cooked Ham (8 oz).
2.
Dice the Celery (1 stalk) and White Onions (1/3 cup).
3.
Zest the Lemon (1) before juicing a tablespoon from it.
4.
Add the ham, onion, celery, Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp), and Mayonnaise (1/3 cup) to the bowl of a food processor.
5.
Pulse several times until ham is a spreadable consistency. If the mixture is too dry add 2 to 3 more tablespoons of mayonnaise and blend again. Add the lemon zest, Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp) and blend again until well combined.
6.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the Whole Grain Mustard (1 Tbsp) and tablespoon of lemon juice.
7.
Serve as a sandwich spread or on Crackers (to taste) with Sliced Banana Peppers (to taste).
