This Michelada recipe utilizes leftover Jar Goods Classic Red sauce for our take on this refreshing beertail.

Freshly Ground Black Pepper
or High Quality Tomato Sauce
or Soy Sauce
, freshly squeezed
(12 fl oz)
or Other Mexican Beer
Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of the Lime (1) and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make lime wedges and set aside.
Combine Salt (1/2 tsp), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) and Chili Powder (1/2 tsp) on a small plate. Rim the glass with a Lime Wedge and then rim the glass in the salt mixture.
To the glass, add Tomato Sauce (2 Tbsp), Maggi Seasoning (1/2 tsp), Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp), Hot Sauce (1 tsp) and the juice from Lime (1). Combine with a bar spoon.
Fill halfway with Ice (to taste).
Top with Tecate (2 cans) or other Mexican beer and combine. Enjoy!
