In a large bowl combine the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 1/2 cups), Roasted Shelled Pistachios (1 cup), Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup), Flaxseeds (2 Tbsp), Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup) and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp). Mix well and set aside.
