Combine Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Honey (2 tablespoon), Corn Syrup (1/3 cup) and Water (2 tablespoon) in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir to dissolve sugar, bring mixture to a boil and cook until light caramel in color for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat, add Baking Soda (2 teaspoon) and whisk vigorously to combine.
Pour mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper and set aside to cool.
While the honeycomb cools, heat the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 cup) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 30 seconds, and then at 10-second intervals until most chips are melted. Remove and stir until completely melted.
Once slightly cooled, pour over the cool honeycomb. Top with Honey Roasted Almonds (3/4 cup).
Let the chocolate set completely.
Use a sharp knife to slice into pieces.
