Easter Egg Fudge

Enjoy this rich and decadent fudge with marshmallow and candy eggs. A snack that is fun for kids and adults alike.

1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Marshmallows
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
to taste Easter Egg Candy

STEP 1
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
STEP 2
In a large saucepan, combine Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cup), Unsalted Butter (6 tablespoon), and Evaporated Milk (1/3 cup).
STEP 3
Bring to a rolling boil and stir until the mixture is smooth. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring often.
STEP 4
Remove mixture from heat and add the Vanilla Extract (1 1/2 teaspoon), White Chocolate Chips (1 cup) and Marshmallows (1 cup).
STEP 5
Continue to stir until all the ingredients are melted and smooth, the batter should be very thick.
STEP 6
Spoon into the prepared pan and use a rubber spatula to evenly spread the mixture.
STEP 7
Sprinkle on Easter Egg Candy (to taste) and press down gently.
STEP 8
Let cool until firm, at least 4.5 hours or overnight.
STEP 9
Cut into desired pieces and enjoy!
