Step 1
Preheat the broiler on your oven.
Step 2
Place the Bread (3 slices) on a baking tray and toast the bread for few minutes, until brown in color.
Step 3
Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 4
Transfer the toasted bread slices to the mixer, and pulse to grind.
Step 5
Crush together Red Chili Peppers (6) , Garlic (1 clove) , Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp) , Garam Masala (1 tsp) , Lemon Juice (1 tsp) , Cumin Seeds (1 tsp) and Salt (to taste) .
Step 6
In a large bowl, combine the Tyson® Ground Chicken (8 oz) , bread crumbs, Shredded Cheese (1/2 cup) , and crushed ingredients to form a dough.
Step 7
Line the baking tray with foil, and drizzle some oil on the foil. Make small balls of dough, then flatten with your palm and arrange on the baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake patties in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes on one side, flip it over to the other side and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 9
Serve hot. These are great in a pita or wrap with some fresh vegetables!
