Preheat the broiler on your oven.
Place the Bread (3 slice) on a baking tray and toast the bread for few minutes, until brown in color.
Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Transfer the toasted bread slices to the mixer, and pulse to grind.
Crush together Red Chili Pepper (6), Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Ginger (1 tablespoon), Garam Masala (1 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon), Cumin Seeds (1 teaspoon) and Salt (to taste).
In a large bowl, combine the Ground Chicken (0.5 pound), bread crumbs, Shredded Cheese (1/2 cup), and crushed ingredients to form a dough.
Line the baking tray with foil, and drizzle some oil on the foil. Make small balls of dough, then flatten with your palm and arrange on the baking sheet.
Bake patties in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes on one side, flip it over to the other side and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot. These are great in a pita or wrap with some fresh vegetables!
