All-Purpose Flour

Yogurt
•

Baking Powder
•

Tbsp
Oil
•
as needed
Baking Soda
•
to taste
Salt

Water
Cooking Instructions
1.
In a mixing pan, add the All-Purpose Flour (3 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (as needed) and Salt (to taste). Mix well.
2.
Make a well in the middle and add the Oil (4 Tbsp).
3.
Add Yogurt (1/2 cup).
4.
Now mix dry and wet ingredients together.
5.
Add Water (to taste) as needed to reach a soft consistency.
6.
Set aside for 2 hours. Make small balls of the dough. Dust using the wheat flour and roll out the balls into and oval shape.
7.
Heat an iron griddle or cast iron pan, and cook each piece of naan.
8.
Once bubbles appear up, flip to the other side and cook the other side.
9.
Serve hot.
