Drain the Chickpeas (2 can) in a colander. You can reserve the chickpea water (known as aquafaba) for another recipe, such as Vegan Pavlova.
Combine Chickpeas, the juice of the Lemon (2), Garlic (4 clove), Salt (to taste), and Tahini (3/4 cup) into a Food Processor and blitz on medium speed until combined.
Slowly drizzle in the Olive Oil (1 cup) until a thick paste forms. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of Paprika (to taste) or Za'atar (to taste).
