Remove the thick layer of skin from your Pork Shoulder (1).
Season your pork shoulder with Kosher Salt (1 tablespoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tablespoon), and Granulated Garlic (2 teaspoon).
Place your seasoned shoulder into baking dish or cast iron pan, add a cup of water, and bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 3 hours.
Allow pork shoulder to cool slightly and then slice the meat.
Set the sliced pork shoulder aside and begin preparing the sandwiches. Slice the Cuban Bread (1).
Smear both sides of the fresh cuban breadwith Yellow Mustard (to taste), add a generous portion of the sliced pork shoulder, and add Sliced Pickles (to taste).
Add a slice of the Cooked Ham (6 slice) and the Swiss Cheese (to taste).
Close the sandwich, Butter (3 tablespoon) both sides of the bread, and place on a griddle or sandwich press.
Cook until the outside is crispy and the inside is hot.
Serve with a side of french fries and pineapple or mango and Enjoy!
