Step 1
Place
Garlic (1 bulb)
on a clean chopping board.
Step 2
Remove the somewhat larger layers on the outside. Make sure the cloves are still wrapped up.
Step 3
Then carefully turn the bulb on its side and slice it in half. The bottom part should more or less stay together.
Step 4
Then wrap each half bulb in a piece of tinfoil and drizzle with some
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
,
Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 5
Close the parcels and roast them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until soft and golden. Enjoy!
