Place Garlic (1 bulb) on a clean chopping board.
Remove the somewhat larger layers on the outside. Make sure the cloves are still wrapped up.
Then carefully turn the bulb on its side and slice it in half. The bottom part should more or less stay together.
Then wrap each half bulb in a piece of tinfoil and drizzle with some Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Close the parcels and roast them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until soft and golden. Enjoy!
