Brown Sugar

Cooking Instructions
1.
Add Butter (1/3 cup) to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or until it is melted.

Add Brown Sugar (1 cup) to the butter and mix well. Microwave again for 1-2 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved into the butter.
3.
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 cup) and mix vigorously. Make sure the sugar is evenly distributed.
4.
Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir well and microwave again for 2 minutes. The color should turn into a deep amber color like caramel sauce.
6.
Add Cream (1/2 cup), Sea Salt (1 pinch), and mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds.
7.
Mix well and let it cool completely. You can use the sauce to top desserts and ice cream!
