Cooking Instructions
1.
Boil Water (3 cups) on the stove. Place Red Onion (1) in a colander and pour boiling water over to soften the onions.
2.
Whisk or shake Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Salt (1 tsp) in a mason jar until dissolved. Place onions in jar.
3.
Let sit at room temperature 45 minutes. Enjoy! The onions will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
