Spiked Irish Mint Iced Coffee
Spring-y, refreshing, St. Patrick's Day iced coffee.
1 cup Cold Brew Concentrate
1 cup Skim Milk
2 tbsp Bailey's® Irish Cream
to taste Fresh Mint
6 sprig Fresh Mint
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Water
To make the mint simple syrup, stir sugar (1/2 cup) and water (1/2 cup) over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add the fresh mint (6 sprig) and let cool.
Fill the glasses with ice. Pour 1/2 cup of cold brew concentrate (1 cup) in each glass.
Pour 1/2 cup of skim milk (1 cup) in each glass.
Add baileys irish cream (2 tablespoon) and simple syrup.
Stir. Garnish with fresh mint ( to taste). Serve and enjoy!
