Spiked Irish Mint Iced Coffee
Spring-y, refreshing, St. Patrick's Day iced coffee.
1 cup Cold Brew Concentrate
1 cup Non-Fat Milk
2 Tbsp Bailey's® Irish Cream
to taste Fresh Mint
6 sprig Fresh Mint
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Water
To make the mint simple syrup, stir Granulated Sugar and Water over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add the Fresh Mint and let cool.
Fill the glasses with ice. Pour 1/2 cup of Cold Brew Concentrate in each glass.
Pour 1/2 cup of Non-Fat Milk in each glass.
Add Bailey's® Irish Cream and simple syrup.
Stir. Garnish with Fresh Mint. Serve and enjoy!
