To make the mint simple syrup, stir Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup) over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add the Fresh Mint (6 sprig) and let cool.
Fill the glasses with ice. Pour 1/2 cup of Cold Brew Concentrate (1 cup) in each glass.
Pour 1/2 cup of Non-Fat Milk (1 cup) in each glass.
Add Bailey's® Irish Cream (2 tablespoon) and simple syrup.
Stir. Garnish with Fresh Mint (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
