Wash, dry and cut Potato (4) into wedges, leaving the skin on.
In a bowl, toss potato wedges with Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Paprika (1 teaspoon), Seasoned Salt (2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), and Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon).
Spread wedges on a lined and greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes or until fries are soft.
