Wash, dry and cut
into wedges, leaving the skin on.
In a bowl, toss potato wedges with
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Paprika (1 tsp)
Seasoned Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Spread wedges on a lined and greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes or until fries are soft.
Serve with your favorite sauces.
