In a blender combine Firm Tofu (1/4 cup) , Unsweetened Soy Milk (1 cup) , White Miso Paste (1 Tbsp) , Nutritional Yeast (1 Tbsp) , Tapioca Starch (3 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp) and blend on high until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the tofu mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat , stirring constantly, until it thickens and starts to look like dough, about 5 to 10 minutes.
