In a blender combine Firm Tofu (4 Tbsp), Unsweetened Soy Milk (1 cup), White Miso Paste (1 Tbsp), Nutritional Yeast (1 Tbsp), Tapioca Starch (3 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp) and blend on high until smooth.
