In a blender combine Firm Tofu (4 Tbsp), Unsweetened Soy Milk (1 cup), White Miso Paste (1 Tbsp), Nutritional Yeast (1 Tbsp), Tapioca Starch (3 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), and Garlic Powder (as needed) and blend on high until smooth.
