In a saucepan, heat up Whole Milk (380 gram) and Granulated Sugar (60 gram), turning off the heat just before it reaches boiling point. Stir well to make sure the sugar has dissolved
In a large bowl, stir together Sweetened Condensed Milk (110 gram) and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (48 gram). Add the Salt (2 gram).
Slowly stir in the milk. Move the bowl to your fridge to chill.
Transfer the chilled mixture to your ice cream maker and process based on the manufacturer instructions until creamy.
Serve the ice cream right up or store in your freezer for up to 2 weeks.
