Cooking Instructions
1.
Place the Fresh Mint (2/3 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Pumpkin Seed Butter (2 Tbsp), and Garlic (1 clove) into a food processor.

Blend until creamy.

Cook Pasta (7 oz) based on package instructions.

Drain it and dress it with your pesto. Serve it up with some more grated parmesan cheese if desired.
