Cooking Instructions
1.
Muddle Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz), a little Fresh Mint (1 bunch) and Pineapples (1/3 cup) as desired in the bottom of your glass.
2.
Add White Mezcal (1.5 fl oz) and a quarter cup of crushed ice, stir.
3.
Add Pineapple Juice (1 fl oz) and stir again. Top with Ice (to taste).
4.
Garnish with mint.
