Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 1/2 cups)
,
Protein Powder (1/2 cup)
,
Flaxseed Meal (1 Tbsp)
and
Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp)
and stir to combine.
Step 2
Add the
Almond Butter (1/2 cup)
,
Almond Extract (1 tsp)
, and
Honey (3 Tbsp)
to a small bowl. Microwave in 10 second bursts to soften the almond butter and make it easier to stir.
Step 3
Add the almond butter mixture to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 4
Add the
Dried Cranberries (1/3 cup)
and
Mini Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup)
and stir to combine. Add 2 tablespoons almond milk and mix well with your hands, mixture will be sticky.
Step 5
If you can make a ball that holds together, start rolling. If the mixture is still crumbly, add additional
Almond Milk (2 Tbsp)
, one tablespoon at a time.
Step 6
Wash your hands and spray them lightly with vegetable spray. Scoop one tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a ball. Re-spray your hands every 3-4 scoops because the dough will start to stick to them.
Step 7
Place balls on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Keep chilled until ready to eat. Enjoy!
