You can also freeze the patties. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet, plate or cutting board and freeze them until they are solid at least a few hours, then place them in an airtight container or a freezer bag.

Add the Salt (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Garlic (1 clove), Dry Mixed Spice (1 tsp), and Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Ground Coriander (1/2 tsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) to the Ground Pork (1.5 lb) and mix to combine.
