Author's Notes

You can also freeze the patties. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet, plate or cutting board and freeze them until they are solid at least a few hours, then place them in an airtight container or a freezer bag.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Garlic (1 clove) , Dry Mixed Spice (1 tsp) , and Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , Paprika (1/2 tsp) , Ground Coriander (1/2 tsp) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) to the Ground Meat (1.5 lb) and mix to combine.
Step 2
Shape the meat into 2½ - 3 inch patties.
Step 3
When cooking the sausage, heat up some Frying Oil (to taste) a skillet, add the sausages and brown them on both sides on medium heat, about 5 minutes per side.
Step 4
Serve and Enjoy!
