Turkey Burgers

I love these kid-friendly turkey burgers. They are packed with so much flavor from the Gruyere cheese, mustard, scallions and garlic. I also love that the cheese is in the burger.

Ingredients

1 lb
Ground Turkey
•
1/2 cup
Gruyère Cheese , grated
•
1 clove
Garlic , minced
•
1 bunch
Scallions , chopped
•
4 Tbsp
Breadcrumbs
•
3 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard
•
to taste
Sea Salt
•
to taste
Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Mix together the Ground Turkey (1 lb) , Gruyère Cheese (1/2 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) , Scallions (1 bunch) , Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp) , Dijon Mustard (3 Tbsp) , Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Gently shape the mixture into 4 patties.
3. 
Heat up a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
4. 
Serve on a hamburger bun with your favorite condiments and vegetables.
