Mix together the Ground Turkey (1 lb) , Gruyère Cheese (1/2 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) , Scallions (4) , Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) , Dijon Mustard (3 Tbsp) , Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Gently shape the mixture into 4 patties.
Step 3
Heat up a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Step 4
Serve on a hamburger bun with your favorite condiments and vegetables.
