Mix together the Ground Turkey (1 pound), Gruyère Cheese (1/2 cup), Garlic (1 clove), Scallion (4), Breadcrumbs (4 tablespoon), Dijon Mustard (3 tablespoon), Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Gently shape the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat up a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve on a hamburger bun with your favorite condiments and vegetables.
