Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with a silicone mat so that the granola doesn't stick too badly. Lightly grease the mat with Olive Oil (to taste).
Step 2
Combine the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cup), Chopped Pecans (1 1/2 cup), Raisins (1 1/2 cup), Shelled Sunflower Seeds (1 1/2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (2 teaspoon), Salt (1 pinch), Maple Syrup (3/4 cup), and Water (3/4 cup) in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until combined.
Step 3
Spread the mixture out into a thin single layer on the prepared sheet tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
After baking, remove the tray and turn off the oven.
Step 5
Break the granola up and toss it well, then put the tray back into the oven to dry out completely for 2 hours.
Step 6
When dry, transfer the granola into sealable containers.
