Cooking Instructions
1.
Wash the Roselle Leaves (1 handful) and Fresh Mint Leaves (1 handful) and put them in a bowl. Boil the Water (3 cups) and pour it on the leaves. Let it cool down.
2.
Wash the Fresh Strawberries (1 cup) and blend them until smooth.
3.
Drain the leaves and pour the infused roselle water in a bowl.
4.
Mix in the blended strawberries and add the Vanilla Extract (as needed). Sweeten with Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup).
5.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. If the juice is too thick or too strong, add water and sugar to taste. Serve and enjoy!
