Step 1
Chop
Frozen Strawberries (3 cups)
. Combine strawberries with
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
and let stand for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Pour the strawberry and sugar mixture into a blender. Add
Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
and pulse until pureed. Add the
Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
into the blender and pulse until combined.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for eight hours or overnight.
Step 4
To remove, run hot water over the outside of the molds until the popsicles can slide out. Serve and enjoy!
