Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Slice Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (4) open and remove seeds.
Mix Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) and Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) together.
Fill peppers with cheese mix.
Wrap Prosciutto (4 slice) around peppers, making sure to enclose the pepper's slit so cheese doesn't ooze out.
Bake in an oven dish for 15 to 20 minutes or until the ham is slightly crisp.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
