Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Slice Pickled Jalapeño Peppers (4) open and remove seeds.
Step 3
Mix Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) and Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) together.
Step 4
Fill peppers with cheese mix.
Step 5
Wrap Prosciutto (4 slices) around peppers, making sure to enclose the pepper's slit so cheese doesn't ooze out.
Step 6
Bake in an oven dish for 15 to 20 minutes or until the ham is slightly crisp.
Step 7
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
