Cooking Instructions
1.
Season the Shrimp (1 lb) with Sweet Chili Sauce (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste), and Kosher Salt (to taste).

Heat Peanut Oil (2 Tbsp) until very hot, then stir-fry the shrimp until nearly cooked through. Remove tigers, drizzle with Lemon Juice (to taste).
3.
For the salsa, mix Cucumbers (1/2 cup), Onions (1 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste), Kosher Salt (to taste), and Lemon Juice (to taste).
4.
Spread some Iceberg Lettuce (to taste) on a serving plate. Drizzle with Vinaigrette (to taste), and top with the shrimp and salsa before serving.
