Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Toss the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups) , Hazelnuts (1/2 cup) , Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp) , Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) , Honey (1/4 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Hazelnut Extract (1 tsp) , and Salt (1 pinch) together until evenly coated.
Step 3
Spread the oats evenly on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Step 4
Let cool to harden. Then toss in the Chocolate Chunks (1 cup) .
Step 5
Serve immediately or store in a jar.
