Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Toss the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cup), Hazelnuts (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 tablespoon), Coconut Oil (2 tablespoon), Honey (1/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Hazelnut Extract (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch) together until evenly coated.
Spread the oats evenly on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Let cool to harden. Then toss in the Chocolate Chunks (1 cup).
Serve immediately or store in a jar.
