Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Toss the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups), Hazelnuts (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp), Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp), Honey (4 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Hazelnut Extract (1 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch) together until evenly coated.

Spread the oats evenly on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.

Let cool to harden. Then toss in the Chocolate Chunks (1 cup).

Serve immediately or store in a jar.
