Cube Chicken (2 cup) and chop Pickled Jalapeño Pepper (1/2 jar). Put chicken, jalapeños, Blue Cheese Dressing (1/2 cup) and Cream Cheese (8 ounce) into a small slow cooker and stir together.
Cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. If it starts to burn on the edges, set your slow cooker to low for the remaining time.
Add the White Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) and briefly stir.
Serve with your favorite Chips (to taste).
