Take one sheet of
Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
dough and cut it in half. Roll each half until they double in size.
Pizza Sauce (1/4 cup)
evenly on both halves.
Pepperoni Slices (2 Tbsp)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2/3 cup)
Italian Seasoning (1/4 tsp)
evenly over the top of each half
Roll both halves into a log, trying to keep it tightly packed. If cooking the next day, wrap logs in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight or up to 24 hours. If not, just immediately proceed to the next step.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Remove logs from plastic wrap. Cut logs into 1/2-inch thick disks.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pizza disks onto your baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, then serve.
