Do a rough chop through the Dark Sweet Cherries (1 can) and Light Sweet Cherries (1 can), leaving them halved or quartered.
Place the cherries and Red Raspberries (1 can) in a large bowl with the Granny Smith Apple (2 cup), Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup), Mini Marshmallows (2 cup), and Slivered Almonds (1/2 cup).
In a standing mixer or with a hand mixer, mix the Cream Cheese (4 ounce) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) until combined. With the mixer still on, slowly drizzle in the Heavy Cream (1 cup). Continue to whip on high until soft peaks form.
Pour the whipping cream into the bowl of fruit and toss together until well combined. Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours.
Top with additional whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
