I’ve always loved a twist on a classic recipe, and this one is no exception. Goat cheese has a creamy taste with a tangy flavor that pairs perfectly with some toasted walnuts and fresh orange zest.

Cooking Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, toast the Walnuts (1 cup) until fragrant—about 2 minutes.
2.
Let cool about 5 minutes before tossing with 1 tsp zest from the Orange (1).
3.
Roll the Plain Goat Cheese Log (1) into toasted walnuts, pressing firmly until the whole log is covered.
4.
Serve same day with pairings of choice. I used herb crackers, olives, candied oranges, honey, prosciutto, and almonds.
