Slice up all the
Jalapeño Peppers (15)
making sure to be very careful when handling hot peppers. Scoop out the seeds and veins.
Fill each pepper with a scoop of
Mixed Berry Pie Filling (1 can)
and a slice of
Brie Cheese (8 oz)
Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
into approximately 30 1x3-inch strips.
Wrap each filled pepper with a strip of puff pastry and brush them with some more pie filling. Then sprinkle the wraps with
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
Bake them in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Let cool on a rack and enjoy!
