Step 1
Stir in the
Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp)
into the
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3/4 cup)
. Divide mixture into 2 sealable jars (can just cover jars/containers with plastic wrap if needed).
Step 2
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together the
Vanilla Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
with the
Neufchâtel Cheese (2 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Next, SLOWLY incorporate the
2% Reduced Fat Milk (2/3 cup)
into the cheese mixture, adding the milk little by little while stirring together.
Step 4
Divide and pour half of the dairy mixture into each of the jars with oats. Top each jar with the
Sliced Almonds (2 Tbsp)
and
Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup)
.
Step 5
Seal jars and set overnight in the refrigerator, or up to 1 day before eating.
