Cooking Instructions

Stir in the Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp) into the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3/4 cup). Divide mixture into 2 sealable jars (can just cover jars/containers with plastic wrap if needed).

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together the Vanilla Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup) with the Neufchâtel Cheese (2 Tbsp).

Next, SLOWLY incorporate the 2% Reduced Fat Milk (2/3 cup) into the cheese mixture, adding the milk little by little while stirring together.
4.
Divide and pour half of the dairy mixture into each of the jars with oats. Top each jar with the Sliced Almonds (2 Tbsp) and Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup).
5.
Seal jars and set overnight in the refrigerator, or up to 1 day before eating.
