Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
Mix Sourdough Pretzel Pieces (16 ounce), Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (1 package), Garlic Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Lemon Pepper (1 1/2 teaspoon), Dried Dill Weed (1 1/2 teaspoon) and Canola Oil (1 cup) together in a large bowl.
Spread mixture over a large baking sheet or two smaller baking sheets.
Bake at 200 degrees F (95 degrees C) for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Serve once cool to the touch. Keep leftovers in a sealed container in a cool spot.
