Step 1
Wash the Scallions (2 bunches) and cut into 5 cm long segments. Pat dry. Heat Cooking Oil (1 cup) and put the green onion pieces in. Use a low heat. Simmer until the green onions are deep-browned and almost burnt. Transfer into a bowl to cool down.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the Yellow Alkaline Noodles (14 oz) according to package directions. Drain the noodles. Place noodles into a large bowl, add around 4 tablespoons of scallion oils and toss the noodles well to cool down.
Step 3
Mix Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) , Dark Soy Sauce (1 tsp) , and Light Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) . Mix the sauce with the noodles before serving. Serve and enjoy!
